Codex and Licensing Boards
As you read this, it's important for you to remember that the billions of dollars in profits reported by pharmaceutical companies is typically two to three percent (2-3%) of their actual profits. The rest of their profits are used to:
- Assure favorable voting by elected officials at the federal, state, provincial and district levels of government
- Assure favorable treatment from the judicial system
- Assure control and manipulation of any federal, state, provincial or district government officials and agencies that could impact the company or the mission of the Codex Alimentarius Commission -- this includes regulatory agencies concerned with advertising, drugs, exporting, food, genetic modification, importing, law enforcement, licensing boards, medical devices, medicine, natural and alternative therapies, research, trade and anything else that might impact pharmaceutical companies in any way.
- Establish, control and manipulate support groups for any condition, disorder or disease that can be treated with pharmaceuticals -- this includes cancer, diabetes, heart disease and myriad less well known conditions, diseases and disorders
- Financially support and control medical organizations to create new medical conditions, disorders and diseases and list the appropriate treatment for which there is already a pharmaceutical intervention -- and this is done by a show of hands at an annual convention based on little or no scientific evidence other than that provided by the pharmaceutical companies
- Financially support and control pre and post graduate medical education to assure that every graduate knows the proper pharmaceutical intervention for any symptoms and diagnosis -- today in America this includes every course taught in medical school
- Financially support and control the medical profession through licensing boards, education institutions, hospital boards and special interest groups financially supported and controlled by these same pharmaceutical companies.
These are sometimes referred to as the seven deadly sins of medicine.
In North, South and Central America no licensing board has ever voted against the opinion, recommendation or suggestion of a medical group, special interest group or government agency which is supported, controlled and manipulated by the pharmaceutical industry. Not one. Not in the entire history of licensing boards since 1960 -- and probably previous to that. Typically, when the pharmaceutical company wants to have a license revoked, a business closed, a person incarcerated and their assets seized, the medical groups, special interest groups and government agencies all suggest, recommend and support exactly that. Licensing boards do exactly what the pharmaceutical companies want them to do.
Medical licensing boards are revoking the licenses of medical doctors who refuse to prescribe medication as the first and primary intervention for everything. Psychology licensing boards are allowing licensed psychologists to prescribe medication for emotional and psychological conditions provided the psychologist passes a course in pharmacology taught by an institution controlled by the drug industry. Some nurses can now prescribe medications.
If these licensed professionals have the "privilege" of prescribing medications and they don't use that privilege, their license is in jeopardy.
The Good News for You
You can stay under the radar of the Codex Alimentarius Commission and the pharmaceutical industry by following these simple, legal, ethical and professional steps:
- Become licensed in your chosen profession if such a license is available.
- Become certified in your chosen profession by a legitimate and accredited certification board if your state, province or district does not issue such a license.
- Use a strong and well-constructed informed consent form.
- Make only those claims permitted by your license or certification
- Seriously consider becoming licensed as a spiritual healer if you follow a spiritual path.
In the period from January 1, 1998 until December 31, 2009 over 6000 natural therapies professionals have been investigated and/or interrogated by law enforcement officers on behalf of a state or provincial licensing board in North America. Most were investigated on behalf of a medical, psychology, psychotherapy or counseling board. Some were investigated on behalf of a nursing, massage therapy, physical therapy or medical naturopath licensing board. Eight were investigated on behalf of a chiropractic licensing board. Three cases in the Caribbean were dismissed after the accused agreed to become certified before resuming practice.
More than 1300 were licensed and/or certified, used an appropriate informed consent form and were completely exonerated. Almost 1600 were licensed or certified, did not use an informed consent form, and voluntarily signed a confidential agreement to close their business, forever cease and desist practicing without a license, remain licensed and/or certified and use an approved informed consent form to reopen their business. Some were required to carry malpractice insurance as a condition of their agreement.
Just under 2800 signed an agreement to close their business, forever cease and desist practicing health care in that state or province for life under penalty of a fine and incarceration. Three were criminally charged, found guilty, fined and incarcerated. The remaining 283 professionals were able to negotiate a confidential agreement to become certified and use an approved informed consent form in order to practice in that state or province in spite of the fact they were not licensed or certified and did not use an informed consent form.
Disclaimer: These statistics were released by three mediation companies under condition of anonymity. The Natural Therapies Coach Workshops Network did not verify these numbers and cannot attest to the accuracy of them. Most of the cases beng reported occurred within the past three years. Fortunately, these companies became well known by natural therapies certification boards and associations. They estimate they assisted at least 90 - 95% of those being investigated on behalf of a licensing board.
