Why Become a Licensed Spiritual Healer
The overriding reason to become a licensed spiritual healer is to protect your freedom to practice any kind of spiritual healing, your freedom to help other people help themselves, your freedom to provide for yourself and your family, and your freedom.
How to Become a Licensed Spiritual Healer
You may become a licensed spiritual healer by completing the three correspondence courses and the basic coaching skills workshop that we offer. All you need to do is let us know which license board you decided to use and we will send them all of your information required to become licensed. The process is:
- Find a licensing board that calls, or appeals, to you.
- Complete an application and submit it with your payment.
- Advise us which board you are using and we'll take it from there.
We recommend becoming licensed by a licensing board accredited by the FSHLB for the following reasons:
- Accredited licensing boards carry more credibility with courts and governments.
- The FSHLB is by far the largest accrediting body for spiritual healers.
- The FSHLB uses it's power and authority to protect all spiritual healers licensed by an FSHLB accredited spiritual healer licensing board from government interference.
FSHLB Accredited Spiritual Healer Licensing Boards
The Federation of Spiritual Healer Licensing Boards (FSHLB) is the most widely internationally recognized sanctioning body for spiritual healer licensing boards. The other widely accepted boards are the Christian Science Church, Divine Science Church, Religious Science Church and Church of Scientology. A few other recognized denominations also license their spiritual healers.
Spiritual Healers who are not licensed by an established and recognized licensing board run the very real risk of being guilty of practicing medicine, counseling or psychology without a license. In some jurisdictions they may also be found guilty of practicing massage, dentistry or veterinary medicine. Practicing spiritual healing without a valid license is definitely not worth saving less than the $55.00 a year it costs to have a valid license.
We recommend any licensing board accredited by the Federation.
Medical Intuitives
Medical intuitives working under the supervision of a medical doctor are legal in every state, province or federal government in North and South America, Europe, Western Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. They are probably legal in the rest of the world, but they are well advised to check into this first.
Medical intuitives licensed as spiritual healers by an approved denomination or FSHLB are legal in North and South America and other countries allowing religious freedom. If functioning in a country with a state religion, medical intuitives are advised to check local rules and regulations.
Medical intuitives not licensed as spiritual healers or not under the supervision of a medical doctor are generally regarded by licensing boards and governmental agencies as:
- Practicing medicine without a license
- Practicing psychology or counseling without a license
- Practicing fortune telling
All of these are, of course, illegal and not recommended. It is far more economical to find a medical doctor that will supervise you or to become licensed as a spiritual healer. Your future living conditions may also be more to your liking.
